How to use glass ink:



This series of ink does not need to add any hardener or curing agent, only need to add this series of special oil and water for use, the addition amount is 5% - 10%.



When using, please mix the ink with the special oil and water and stir evenly, and let stand for about 5-10 minutes.



Before printing, it is necessary to remove oil stains and dust on the surface of printing materials.



According to the actual operating environment, please select three types of special oil-water for fast, medium and slow operation.



In order to achieve excellent printing effect of fine lines, patterns and words, we can add our special temporary paste to prevent ink layer diffusion, burr and blurring.





Mobile phone lens glass ink problems:



1. The recommended baking temperature is 160-180 ºC and the time is 15-20min. If the temperature is over 200 ºC or the baking time is too long, the ink layer may appear slight yellowing.



2. For multi-layer overprinting, the initial bottom layer and intermediate layer should be baked at 150 ºC for 10 min to dry (up to 90% dry). Do not wait until it is completely dry before printing again. The last layer can be cured at 180 ºC for 15min to ensure the quality.



3. Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid exposure to open fire or high temperature.



4. The shelf life of this series of products is half a year from the date of production. Please re confirm the availability when the time limit is exceeded.
